- Checks and provides professional opinions for the legal documentation and the collateral of the files proposed by the respective credit Departments and branches/agencies and present to the Assistant Manager and is his absence to the senior lawyer,
- Checks and provides opinion for the agreements, verifies the mortgage of the collaterals in favor of BKT, for the credits under the authorization of branches,
- To verify the security charge, in favor of BKT, after the issuance of the certificate, from the Security Charge Register, and to inform the respective credit Departments or the branches. Proposing to superior, the legal solution for all the security charge cases, which results with problems,
- Prepares the notary declaration related with the loans, after checking the decision of the respective structure in BKT and the relevant documents,
- Ensuring of taking and applying of precautions and precautionary distrait,
- To prepare the necessary documents and to follow the procedures for block the movable things to the Security Charges Register,
- To consult respective department and branches for the legal issues of the practices deposited to BKT by Bailiffs Office,
- To prepare the reports as requested by the Superior,
- To behave in compliance with the regulations and principles of the Bank,
- To make sure that his/her work is completed correctly on time,
- To assume the other responsibilities & routine or special duties associated with the function of Legal Affairs Department as demanded by Superior.
Kualifikimet / Kërkesat
To have graduated from Law Faculties, offering a minimum 4-year education program and any other domestic and/or foreign university,
- Having ability to represent and co-ordinate,
- PC Knowledge in user level,
- Success in human relations,
- Reliable, patient and careful,
- To use initiatives,
