BSS Analysis and Quality Assurance Specialist

Purpose of position:

Billing Analyses Specialist is responsible for testing within deadlines the product and service implementation by using the current platforms.

Duties

- Developing User Acceptance Documents according to business requirements
- Responsible for testing within deadlines the BSS product and service implementation by using the current platforms (SAP modules, SW applications, integration modules, additional applications etc.)
- Test Performance through specific methodologies according to process type:
o User Acceptance Testing
o Regression Testing
o Integration Testing
- Bug tracking and Results reporting according to project severity
- Developing User Manuals for Business Support

Skills

- Proficient user of Microsoft Office,
- Very good knowledge of Oracle, SQL, XML/Soap.
- Very good command of English language;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Very Good communications skills
- Very good analytical skills and problem solving
- SAP knowledge is considered an advantage

Experience

- At least one year of previous experience in Telecommunication industry.

Education


  • Degree in (Bachelor/ Master) Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Telecommunication
