International Commercial Bank (ICB) is operating in Albanian Banking Industry since year 1997. Presently, the bank is looking for a smart and accurate candidate to occupy the vacant position of "Blocking Order Clerk", Tirana city. The contract will be bound for a period of six months. Main responsibilities and criteria’s for this position are mentioned below:
Job title: Blocking Order Clerk
Reports to: Head of Legal Affairs& Compliance
Location: Tirana, Albania
Contract: Bound for 6 months on full time basis (40 hours/week)
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To primary reply to regulatory bodies requests on blocking/unblocking and execution of orders in compliance to the request received within the set deadlines.
MAIN DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Take and look after the documents which come from Regulatory bodies
· Check in the system whether certain individual or companies maintain account with our bank as well as their balances, transfers or credit lines. (Requests which come from Regulatory bodies)
· Prepare files with accounts and client details that should be frozen/unfrozen, earmarked/un-earmarked in the system and forward to operations department.
· Keep and assure confidentiality of information
· Archive old documents and ensure proper documentation for retrieval
· Perform any other duty as requested by the management
CRITERIA FOR THIS JOB PROFILE:
· Holds a University degree in Economy or Law
· Good command of Microsoft Package
· Analytical skills
· Ability to effectively communicate and relate with employees at all levels within the bank to accomplish work responsibilities
· Accurate and work with minimal supervision
