Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is seeking a dynamic, team oriented and result driven Sr. Business Manager Client Services. The ideal candidate will represent the entire business, and makes a positive impact with every customer, vendor, and employee.
The Senior Manager Client Services will have responsibility for one of our top strategic accounts as we expand our business and partnership within one of our most unique and rapidly growing clients. Candidates will be required to handle four critical roles such as: manage and oversee the current day-to-day relationship and employ strategic selling techniques to reach other parts of a large client organization in selling new services.

Develops overall business strategy, builds ongoing business relationships, and provides overall business decision-making leadership. Must drive business strategy, proposal development and overall customer assurance. Specific activities include short and long-term business planning, task or project management, resource allocation requests, functional guidance, budget planning and review, and strategy/proposal development, all of this combined to deliver impeccable results.

Responsibilities:

· Interacting with client representatives at all levels. Proven ability to establish strong relationships and trust.
· Propose and implement program modifications based on performance analysis and client input.
· Develop and lead the delivery of internal and external business reviews
· Identify and prioritize new revenue potential, develop a sales strategy and close opportunities
· Identify risks in plan, anticipate problems and proactively create solutions
· Provide consistent communication to key Asurion stakeholders regarding client status, commitments and needs.
· Estimated 30% travel to client sites, company offices and other locations

Requirements:

· Minimum 2-4 years Retail Account Management experience, preferably within ecommerce or CE products.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field with substantial professional work experience
· Passion for new products, technology, and working within a rapidly changing retail environment.
· Mastery of the account management process with the ability to manage targeted metrics
· Lead/inspire collaborative teams when not reporting direct. Balance the need to focus on product, marketing, finance and operations in addition to sales.
· Develop and build strong productive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Positive outlook with the ability to have/create fun with a high level of emotional intelligence
· Strategic thinker with the ability to create long term success and translate strategy into practice.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills.
