Senior Tax Advisor
Our client is a well-known growing company operating in Albania. They are seeking a motivated Senior Tax Advisor to join their team to deliver high quality tax advisory services and offer personal attention to their portfolio of high net worth clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for personal growth and leadership.
Role:
As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of tax services to the clients. The role is client facing and high client service is considered a key task.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
• Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
• Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients
• Spot opportunities for cross selling
• Manage the successful delivery of tax services, ensuring technical expertise and tailored business driven approach to client requests
• Day-to-day delivery of clients liaison
• Be the key member of the client service group providing full tax services to a client portfolio.
• Be involved actively in terms of strategy and operations
Requirements:
• Relevant tax advisory experience, including but not limited to corporate, individual, capital, transfer pricing.
• University degree, preferred postgraduate qualification in accounting and/or CPA, ACCA, CA qualification on process
• Commercial attitude with the desire to consider the wider business implications of tax
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Relationship management skills with ability to manage client expectations
• Team player with ability to create, maintain and lead effective teams
• Client driven with a strategic and commercial awareness
• Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and verbal
• English language is a MUST
• Enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to work
