The Position:
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Tirana, Albania


Main Functions:
· Communicate proactively with clients to identify their needs
· Collect and process clients data into the system
· Verification of collected data in databases;
· Generate contracts;
· Co-ordinate and implement customer service projects and initiatives;
· Investigate and solve customers' problems;
· Write reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provides;
· Follow up after sale process
· Build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction with the customers


Education/Experience:
· Graduate degree in marketing, business, finance or related field
· 1 year of experience in customer, sales related fields in banking, micro-finance, consumer lending would have been an advantage.


Skills, Knowledge :
· Proficiency in English language
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask in a very dynamic environment
· Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Must be tolerant of all personality types of clients, customers, employees, vendors and others
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
