• EPPC Albania is recruiting a Chief Process Officer

EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a financial institution is currently recruiting a Chief Process Officer.

The Chief Process Officer (CPO) will be a member of the Local Management Team and responsible for all project-oriented operations.

Requirements for this position are:


  • University degree from Economic Faculties but accompanied with IT background;
  • Additional professional training in management and technology is an advantage;
  • Managerial experience in Operations/processes department in financial sector or payments/card sector
  • Relevant experience with projects management
  • Knowledge in systems integration, database management , workflow and process design;
  • Experience in analyzing and documenting requirements.
  • Excellent Planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent English
  • Analytical thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Proactive attitude to initiate developments
  • A good communicator, able to collect feedback and support team members
  • Understanding of business needs
