CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Commercial Controller
Ensures that all commercial operations are in compliance with the company procedures and respective cost is within approved yearly/monthly budget.
Main responsibilities:
- To control that offers given to POS, are in compliance with the procedure sent to the distributor for channel, area or pack.
- To evaluate and report for the offers not in conformity with the official communication of CCBS.
- To calculate the monthly reimbursements for the key distributors according to KPI set by Commercial Department or General Manager.
- To elaborate the monthly bonus for the sales staff.
- Prepare analyses for costs related to DME (ATL & BTL) per campaign and per media.
- Control the invoices issued for giving free product or bonus based on agreed contracts with various KA or other specific clients.
- Prepare several analyses for operating costs explaining differences between actual and budgeted costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in applying Financial Principles and Analysis.
- 2 years minimum of related work experience, preferable gained in a variety of finance environments including commercial finance experience in a FMCG environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and can work well independently.
- Excellent communication, efficiency and time management skills.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Packages advanced in Excel.
- Good Knowledge of English
