Tasks
- Assist in the development and implementation of CASH transfer security standards, procedures and processes.
- Develop Cash transfer Methodology and Tools.
- Design cash transfer operational framework in line with Legal Framework.
- Collect and analyst information on cash transfer.
- Monitor cash transfer to destinations.
- Propose cash transfer policies in accordance with SHPSF agreement
- Ensure the harmonization of cash transfer modalities between BKT and CAS transportation companies.
- Perform daily reconciliation of all CASH transfers.
- Report daily to the SAAD Manager on cash transportation process.
- Provide support on the use of the cash transfer books for SHPSF staff and 3rd parties.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the whole process.
- Assume responsibility and take necessary actions for problem resolution.
- Cooperate with Treasury Department for an effective cash transport process through branches and other locations.
- To organize regular and on time transfers based on Treasury request.
- To control and supervise the implementation of signed agreement with SHPSF.
- To control and verify the submitted documentation of SHPSF.
- To prepare related documents for State institutions and BoA.
- Assist in the continued development of departmental procedures and regularly contributes suggestions for greater
efficiency.
- Keeps up-to-date on regulation and legal framework changes.
- Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific
training.
- Monitor, investigate, and act on time to provide ongoing protection of BKT cash transfers.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements


Police or Military University Diploma
Previous Experience on Cash Transfer, Police Service or SHPSF (Not less than 5 years of experience)
Full knowledge of Legal Framework for Cash Transportation
Skills Knowledge:
1) Professional and articulate verbal communication skills
2) Excellent problem solving skills
3) Proficient and accurate computer skills
4) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions
5) Ability to make independent decisions
6) Organizational skills
7) To have good command of English language (Turkish will be an asset)
8) Active driving license


Other Requirements:
1) Regular and reliable attendance is required
2) Overtime may be required
3) Due to the security nature of the position, offers of employment are contingent upon passing a personality security
check.
4) Age up to 45 years old.
5) Very good knowledge on Albania Geography.
