SOS Children’s Villages Albania is a private, nongovernmental and nonprofit organization, which makes every attempt to offer a permanent home to the children who have lost their parents or for several reasons have no possibility to live with them. The SOS Children’s Village also strongly support the children and the families in need through implementation of different projects aiming at the further development of their capacities.
The work in SOS Children’s Villages stands on four principles: mother, brother and sisters, house and village.

SOS Children’s Villages Albania is looking for a suitable person for the position of

Corporate Fundraiser

(Contract duration 1 year)

The Corporate Fundraiser plans, monitors, evaluates and analyses the Corporate Fundraising Activities according to the planning and reporting procedure issued by the Fund Development & Communication Department.
The Corporate Fundraiser aims to position SOS Children’s Villages as a strong and consistent brand among potential and existing supporters based on SOS Children’s Villages roots, vision, mission and values.

Main duties:
* She/he is innovative and creative in raising funds according to the relevant parts of the business plan and targets based on research, tests and continuous evaluations of fundraising opportunities, methods and results.
* She/he is responsible for fulfilling the relevant part of the business plan and for reaching the set and agreed targets.
* She/he supports and coordinates the facilities in their local Fundraising activities, such as in raising donations in kind.
* She/he builds long lasting relationships with corporate donors and to apply database management in form of donor relationship management principles.
* She/he plans, monitors and evaluates the FR activities according to respective planning and reporting procedures

Requirements:
* University degree in business administration, marketing or a relevant field;
* A proven track record of at least 3-5 years working experience in corporate fundraising or in marketing or sales in the profit sector (business background of utmost importance)
* Self-motivated, determined, innovative and with an entrepreneurial spirit, i.e. cannot rely on brand awareness in many markets and must proactively “sell” our organisation
* Experience with negotiations and management of partners and service providers
* Efficient in time and resource management
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong social and networking skills: good in building relations
* Strong presentation skills
* Good command of English, written and spoken
* Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) commands
* Driving licence
