CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Identify and analyze the training needs for the CCBS sales force.
· Contribute to the training plan preparation and develops and delivers trainings as per agreed plan with the commercial department.
· Deliver internal classroom training sessions and “refreshing” programs for CCBS and CCCBS distributors’ sales force.
· Promote coaching culture through sales organization by: Supporting coaching interaction between Area Managers and Sales Executives.
· Identifies gaps in skills, competency, system, process and immediately agrees and recommend a course of corrective action.
· Looks for territory and business development opportunities by providing recommendations for these aspects to the management.
· Work through implementation of the projects, systems and processes that will evaluate the performance of all groups against each of the sales skills and competences.
Skills & Requirements:
• University Degree
• Preferable training experience or instructional role.
• Min 2 years of work experience in sales.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Presentation skills and team work.
• Personal leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of English, Italian is an advantage.
• Willing to travel (Albania), during 80% of time
• Valid driving license
