F & B Manager, salary $ 4100
Role: The F & B Manager is responsible for the day-to-day to oversee Three Restaurants of Company
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading the teams and Restaurants Supervisors
- Preparing staff schedules, which allow for appropriate service while controlling overtime.
- Training, supervising and disciplining all F&B outlet staff.
- Management and controlling standards, performance, staff conduct, dress code, appearance, sanitation, etc., according to established policies.
- Motivating and leading a team of Food and Beverage staff who are responsible for dispatching the rides in a fun, but safe and clean environment.
- Performance managing the staff, coaching/correcting behaviors and issuing disciplinary action as necessary.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree. Diploma/ Certification in Food Safety/Handling.
- Knowledge in food handling, Wines, cashiering and guest services.
- At least 2 years work experience in food handling, cashiering and guest services preferably in retail/leisure/travel/tourism/ hotel/hospitality industry.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
- Technical ability and knowledge of POS, computer and kitchen equipment.
- English language proficiency.
