Responsibilities

-Organizes preparation for the Business Planning for the products and coordinates the whole process of Business Planning
-Business and market analysis, Price Monitoring Surveys, Pricing and Promotion Strategies.
-Planning, budgeting and implementation of the activities that will help establish the brand in Albanian market,
-Increase brand awareness and motivate higher demand from the consumers.
-Monthly country report, as an overview of all marketing activities carried out for brands as well as sales results.
-Budget control, planning and monitoring.
-Sales and distribution analysis.
-Local Sales Team training and development.


Knowledge
-Marketing or General Business Management diploma
-Prior marketing experience required (preferably in FMCG)
-Computer proficiency in Windows Operating Systems


Skills
-Excellent planning, scheduling and organizational skills
-Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
-Excellent analytic skills
-PC skills required, Microsoft Products preferred
-Detail oriented with ability to prioritize/handle multiple tasks
-Very good knowledge of written and spoken English

Ability
-Ability to communicate effectively with staff, all management levels
-Ability to manage multiple tasks
-Ability to meet deadlines
-Driving license
