CRM and CC Support Expert


Purpose of Position

  • Responsible for the day to day support, operations and implementations of SAP CRM, GIS, Resource Management, AiPi and SAP CC platforms in the Albtelecom & Eagle Mobile enterprise.

Main Task

  • Analyze and implement appropriate business solutions to problems associated with the marketing, network and sales processes entered through SAP CRM, GIS, RiM, SAP CC and AiPi
  • Manage issues associated with project requirements, design conflicts and change management.
  • Communicate process and functional requirements to other work teams
  • Participate in the preparation, development and implementation of SAP CRM, GIS, RiM, AiPi and SAP CC business requirements from a business and technical perspective
  • Active involvement in the development, testing, training, integration, change control and acceptance processes of SAP CRM, GIS, RiM, AiPi and SAP CC

Skills

  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM platforms, Oracle, MapInfo
  • Strong analytical skills, understand data, and have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter and able to work independently and at the same time, be a team player and collaborate to meet critical project timelines
  • Results-oriented, pragmatic approach to problem solving; interpersonal skills to act as advocate for consensus on complex issues
  • Very good knowledge of English

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in similar field

Education

  • MS/BS degree in Elecitrical Electronics Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering or Information Technologies
