ADD is looking for: Consumer Collecting Specialist

Purpose of this job
The Consumer Collecting Specialist is responsible for managing two functions in Red Bull brand marketing:

1- Wings Team
Ensuring the Wings Team are true Red Bull representatives and a tangible face of the brand. They are accountable for ensuring that the Wings Team approaches consumers in a natural and unforced way to:

  • Communicate product benefits and functionality
  • Drive trial by supplying consumers with the product in relevant occasions to gain consumer understanding and the probability of repurchase

2- Student Brand Managers
Guiding and supporting Student Brand Managers (SBM-s) to drive Red Bull trial, increase brand awareness and foster a positive product and brand perception within their respective university.

1. Execute the Wings Team Program with Excellence:

  • Communicate clear expectations and guidelines to the Wings Team in order to achieve and meet targets successfully
  • Understand the consumer landscape and how to approach and reach a variety of consumers in different consumption occasion
  • Coach the Wings Team to deal with different types of consumers, effective ways of communication
  • Support the marketing and sales team in managing and coordinating the Wings Team during special events and projects

2. Execute the SBM Program with Excellence:

  • Develop and implement an innovative program to maintain a credible brand image and win students as loyal Red Bull Consumers
  • Communicate clear expectations and guidelines for SBM-s to effectively plan and deliver on infusing Red Bull in to student lifestyle during key moments (study, sport, party etc.), using a “from students for students” approach
  • Develop and activate national and international best practice events and projects to bring properties to life on campus

3. Cross Program Execution:

  • ​Develop and deliver an innovative business plan which complements the marketing priorities and make impact and engaging digital & social media ideas a must have in every play
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team, combining synergies in order to capitalize on related opportunities
  • Support, train and motivate to optimize the potential of achieving high performing individuals and teams

Education Requirements
University Degree or higher (preferably Business, Management or Marketing)

Language requirements
Fluent in written and spoken Albanian and English
