Job position: Operational Manager

Summary: The Operational Manager is responsible for all leading operational excellence in the store including store organization and merchandise flow. The Operations Manager will elevate the overall store environment and ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of the retail network sales strategy;
  • Participation in the design of the commercial strategy for the network;
  • Close collaboration with marketing for the implementation of marketing plan and merchandising;
  • Execution of the strategic plan and budget for the commencement of the company's activities;
  • Supervision, in close collaboration with retail store managers, of personnel selection and quality of customer service;
  • Establish methods and controls aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through service and innovation;
  • Market monitoring and market analysis;
  • Full P&L responsibility for the stores operation;
  • Achievement of various KPI targets of store performance;
  • Stock controlling and keeping on budget levels;
  • Inventories and end of year statutory stock taking operations;
  • Expansion of the network in coordination with high management;
  • To develop the strategy for achieving the targets of the company;
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the staff to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve;

Other Job Functions:

  • Attend to any kind of training programs;
  • Providing all requested reports;

  • Actively participate in company meetings;

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: University Degree, preferably in business related fields
  • Work Experiences: At least 3-5 years’ work experience in similar trading company-

Additional qualifications:

  • Mobility – the job entails frequent and extensive travel
  • Working knowledge of Retail, H.R and Albanian legislation
  • Must be able to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, and Excel to a competent standard
