CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:

Procurement Manager

Responsible to manages and direct all the purchasing processes in the CCBS by following strictly all the procurement procedures. Ensures that every acquisition process is done according to the CCBS standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinates activities of personnel engaged in purchasing.
  • Develops a system to evaluate vendor quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.
  • Responsible to create a clear process of the procurement and purchasing by creating internal procedures.
  • Prepares and reviews contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price.
  • Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
  • Manages and updates the database of the suppliers and keeping relation with them.
  • Search for and maintains relations with suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price for raw materials, equipment, and supplies in organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
  • Selecting and evaluating the proper suppliers for different services or product.
  • Responsible to manage the contact with the suppliers and negotiation every point of the contract.
  • Analyses market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability, and prepares market analysis reports.
  • Designs, implements, manage, and monitors procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements

Skills and qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Supply Chain.
  • 5 years minimum of related work experience, preferable gained in a variety of finance environments including commercial finance experience in a FMCG environment.
  • Experience with any mainstream distribution planning will be an advantage
  • Knowledge on beverages supplies chain and sourcing.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office advanced in Excel.
  • Excellent Knowledge of English/Italian
