Albanian HR Solutions L.t.d is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
We are collaborating with an International Company, which is opening the office in Albania. We are looking for potential candidates for the position of:
Sales Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organizing appointments and meetings with doctors, specialists and hospital-based healthcare staff
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree, preferably focused on Medical Sciences (not mandatory)
• Have at least 2 year work experience in the same position
• Have very good knowledge of English and Italian language
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Driving license, class B
