The team member will work in our Tirana office on applications written using ASP.NET, SQL Server as well as other technology stacks as the team evolves. S/he will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and works as a team member along with several other senior developers and architects.

Job Description
We seek a full-time team member to assist in the development, testing and support of services and web applications for our clients. The team member will work in our Tirana office on applications written using ASP.NET, SQL Server as well as other technology stacks as the team evolves. S/he will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and works as a team member along with several other senior developers and architects.
Responsibilities:
- Implements new features and versions by gathering requirements, performing design, coding, unit testing, and documentation. Creates project artifacts such as requirements documents, design documents, and implementation plans.
- Maintains customers’ applications. Resolves production issues in a timely fashion.
- Follows agile team development (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and tracks user stories in kanban.
- Works together with product owner and other team members to clarify user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with team members and external parties.
- Works well in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment.
- Continually develops both technical and interpersonal skills.
- Completes internal projects as required to contribute to the excellent performance of INET Albania as a company.
- Provides input on emerging technology, communicates where improvements can be made, and cooperates with the team to make pragmatic decisions to apply technology.
Skills Requirements:
- 3 years of fulltime development with ASP.Net C# (3.5+) webforms or MVC, Visual Studio (2010+)
- Proficient use of SQL, SQL Server 2005+, SQL Management Studio
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Frequent use of source control, such as Git, Github
- Good understanding of automated testing frameworks, such as Xunit
- Good understanding of Web Services
- Ability to understand business requirements and to convert them into solution designs
- Good written and verbal communication skills, thoroughly document the technical design of the system, installation procedures.
- Passion and aptitude to quickly learn new concepts or software
- Flexibility to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
