Campaign Management Specialist

Purpose of Position
''Communicates with the agencies to delegate the creativity and the strategic direction as well as executes the work set out regarding the production and postproduction of campaigns.
Main Tasks
· Assists and carries out all campaign-related operations within the general campaign function, ensuring the achievement of goals
· Contact with production company, identifying pending and new issues to be followed.
· Coordinating the campaign/s to be on time and within quality
· Sending out printing requests and monitoring the process.
· Supports Creative agencies' work and ensures the best quality of the company's image throughout all marketing campaigns
· Identifies and records any service quality problem and takes preventive and corrective actions.
· Prepare cost estimations with the agency and proceed for approval according internal procedures (MAF procedure).
· To report immediately any incident related to Information Security Management System.
· To comply with Quality Policy, Information Security Policy, and all company procedures and regulations.
· To identify and record any service quality problem and take preventive and corrective actions.
· Bring new initiatives for marketing campaigns
· Assist in events and BTL activities

Skills
· Very Good knowledge of English language
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
· Ability to coordinate and plan ahead
· Result oriented
· Very good communication skills
· Available to work overtime



Experience
· At least 3 years of experience in similar positions

Education
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field of study
