The Project Assistant will support the General Manager in different projects. She/he must be highly motivated, a quick thinker, have the ability to complete tasks and projects quickly, with little to no guidance. The Project Assistant will have a highly professional attitude, friendly style, which fosters trust and cooperation; as well she must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Duties:
· Assists GM in the development of project proposals, cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules.
· Coordinate project meeting schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes
· Follow up and prepares reports for GM on the status of all the project activities.
· Completes projects and special assignments in behalf of GM.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
· Experience in similar positions with a background in Marketing and Sales.
· Strong communications, customer service, and organizational skills.
· Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage all deadlines.
· Excellent knowledge of English.
· Proficient in creating Power Point presentation and Microsoft Office package.
