Call Center Agents (5 positions) – Fluent in Greek Language

[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]The Call Center Agent is responsible for meeting Company’s customer service objectives;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Provide customers the required information & services;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Follow-up customers’ needs and other inquiries and delegate and/or cooperate with other related departments for each product or service;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Responsible for filling in the data in the CRM system;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Skills and qualifications:[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Communicates politely and effectively with customers from different regions and different profiles;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Working upon predefined procedures for, implementing strategies and instructions;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Answer phone calls by meeting the key performance indicators;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Negotiation Skills;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Commitment to excellent customer service;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Use quickly and in an efficient way programs & telephone at the same time;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Explain the product using a simple and friendly language with the customer;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Be customer oriented and show that while speaking to customers;[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Candidate Profile:[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]A second language will be an advantage[/FONT] ;
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Fluent in Greek (verbal and written);[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Dedicated, loyal and result-oriented;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Good interpersonal & communication skills;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]• [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Excellent PC skills (Ms-Office);[/FONT]
