HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST


JOB DESCRIPTION:

· The position of HR Specialist is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of human resources areas, recruitment and staffing for company clients;
· The human resource specialist handles and provides support for various HR employee programs;
· The responsibilities of human resources specialists revolve around the recruitment and placement of employees; therefore, their job duties may range from screening job candidates and conducting interviews to performing background checks and providing orientation to new employees;
· Maintaining all clients’ employee files in relation with local employment laws;
· Advice clients for respective HR policies and procedures;
· Drafts and prepares personalized HR programs based on clients’ industry;
· Gathers market and customer information and prepare proposals/offers;
· Organizing site visits at The Headhunter clients;
· Establishing new business;
· Maintaining current clients;
· Attending job fairs, conferences and meetings;
· Responds to on-going human resources issues and queries from employee;
· Participates on HR related projects when assigned;
· Drafts/writes correspondence and translate as required;
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Deputy CEO- Head of HR and CEO from time to time;
· Reviewing sales performance;
· Reports directly to Deputy CEO-Head of HR



DESIRED PROFILE:


· University Degree in Human Resources, Law, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field required;
· A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources;
· Experience in employee relations and extensive knowledge of labor law and regulations is mandatory;
· Problem solving orientation and excellent communication skills;
· Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to reach compromise;
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure, with little guidance;
· Team player and detail-oriented;
· Excellent ability in judging situation and initiative with little guidance.
· Emotional maturity and ability to deal with matters of strict confidentiality.
· Good organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
· Excellent command of English;
· Excellent ability in developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external clients;
· Verified analytical and subtle assessment skills and the ability to conduct required analysis, drafting reports and providing recommendations;
· Objectivity and the capability to apply Human Resources policies and procedures in a fair and reliable manner.


REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Competitive.
