Responsibility over day to day operation related with management of the raw materials and customer request.
Main responsibilities
- Is responsible for controlling daily inventory of the raw materials in the warehouse;
- Performs daily checks for different materials on daily basis taking in consideration fiscal stock and stack in the system;
- Monitors the level of the raw materials in the warehouse;
- Production planning activity;
- Interaction with client for planning and managing purpose;
- Order creation for production of parts in Forschner Albania(in the operating system)
- Order acceptance from the other collaborative group company;
- Editing production orders in the operating system based on special requirements;
- Stock controlling by taking optimal stock level;
Preferred job profile
- University degree (preferred economic sciences);
- Excellent German language knowledge ;
- Experience in Logistics position would be an asset;
- Good knowledge of the basis logistics operations;
- Ability to work in team and being able to promote the job;
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in over time when is needed;
- Very good communication skills;
- Excellent computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (excel sheets advanced level)
- Good knowledge of English language;
