Forschner Albania is seeking to employ experienced candidates for the position of Value Stream Manager Forschner Albania plant in Durres (XHAFZOTAJ)
· Univeristy degree in Engineering Sciences;
· Desingn the value stream maping;
· Analyze of the acctual status of Value Stream Map;
· Preparation of Value Stream Maping;
· Responsability on the future status of of VSM based "Lean Manifacturing" Principles;
· Responsible for Controlling VS functions and proposals for improvements;
· Managing the functions of Logistics, Production, Quality, Maintenance;
· Communicate with Customer for insuring products development;
· Collaboration with Industrial Engineering for improving production documents;
· Collaboration with Logistics for fullfilling the orders right on programed time;
· Collaboration with Quality for solving problems related with customer complains;
· Collaboration with Maintenance for equipments, working tools, processes;
· Collaboration with Training Structure for training new employees;
· Defines the standarts of shop flor organization;
· Job experince at least 5 years in middle management positions;
· Very good level of Management Skills;
· Very good level of Comunication Skills;
· Very good knowledges of English Language;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Abitily to take initiatives and to solve problems in the right time;
