This position is full-time job based in Tirana, Albania.

CONTENT OF DUTIES :

- participation in shaping the business policy of the company
- participation in shaping the business policy of the company on financial and accounting matters
- managing, organizing and coordinating the work of the department of finance and accounting
- the introduction of innovations and the rationalization of work in finance and accounting
- cooperation with banks in connection to bank guarantees, loans, fees, ...
- borrowing at the lowest market conditions for the provision of liquidity
- execution of payment transactions
- continuous and full payment of receivables and payments (mainly from large customers)
- daily reporting of overdue receivables
- charging of interest for late payments, keeping records of late payments
- verification of late interests payment on the part of suppliers
- calculation of interest on loans granted
- control of financial accounting documents
- coordination of accounts with acquisitions and making the monthly journal
- coordinating the transition of accounts
- the ongoing execution of tax payments in accordance with the applicable tax legislation
- creating the analysis of the profitability of operations, achieving business plans, financial expenditure
- preparation of annual and monthly balance (cost model/dashboard) as well as other reports and statistics
- proposing business decisions, providing bigger profit for the business
- participation in operations from related companies
- reporting to the Orbico Group
- cooperation with other departments in the company
- participation in the development of IT processes in the service of finance and accounting
- reporting to the Bank of (your country) and the Statistical Office
- familiarizing employees with the regulations and instructions in accounting (cashier, ...)
- monitoring of legislation on VAT and the accounts
- monitoring the implementation of prize games (accounting for income taxes, contributions, ...)
- ensures the preparation of monthly reports, records, notes, analyses and other necessary documentation, ensures they are correct and sends them to his/hers supervisor on time
- cooperation and coordination of audit processes
- preparation of the annual business report for the company
- work is carried out in accordance with job requirements and instructions of the superior and instructions on health and safety at work and fire policy
- maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace and working environment
- performing other work at the behest of the superior
- work and tasks carried out in accordance with the rules of the profession and instructions of their superiors
