PI Lending Coordinator
in Credit Division/Product Management Department
Qualifictions:
- Good English language skills
- Good abilities in handling Microsoft Office programs
- Good analytical skills
- Good ability to work in team and willing to travel within the country
- Candidates' age up to 30 years old
- University degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration or Economics
- Previous experience in similar job positions
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills; be result-oriented
Key responsibility will include:
- Be responsible for the development of PI loan issuing and respective changes in the procedures.
- Be responsible to follow up the PI loan officers productivity and arrears.
- Visit the branches in order to support the loan officers, to direct and review
their performance and to ensure that they are at all times adequate to fulfill
the responsibilities as defined.
- To ensure a timely reporting to supervisors.
- To plan and implement measures for training of new loan officers and
other staff regarding the respective loan product.
- To participate in creating acquisition plan for the respective product.
- Monitoring branch's lending activities and performance with regard to
the respective product.

Main activities, deliverables and requirements:
-Building and maintaining a high quality loan portfolio
-Promoting the overall client - bank relationship
-Analysis of creditworthiness of applicants
-Frequent/ regular communication and visits to the potential and existing clients
-Cross selling of banking products to the potential and existing clients
-Presentation of the cases in Credit Committee
-Active participation in client's acquisition
-Monitoring of the outstanding loan portfolio
-Timely reporting to supervisors
Successful candidates need to fulfil the following requirements:
-University Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering and related fields.
-Preferred previous experience in private companies or financial
sector for at least two years.
-Experience in banking or credit institutions would be an advantage.
-Preferred experience in dealing with clients and businesses; sales and negotiation skills are an advantage
-Good knowledge of business environment in the area where the applicants come from
-Preferred knowledge of English and Microsoft Office Programs
