Due to expanding business activities, we are looking for a young and ambitious person ( up to 38 years) which fill fit in our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Organization, leading and monitoring of contracts, every day activities in sales ( negotiating, contracting, transportation and pay collection)
- Management and administrative tasks
- Correspondence with companies in the country and abroad
- Internal and external communication
- Daily and monthly report about sales process
- Every day contacts and visitis to clients
- Looking for new and prospective clients, as well as improving the existing customer database
- Ability to control different tasks at the same time (multitasking)
Requirements:
- Minimum University degree
- Languages: English, Albanian, preferably Serbian
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Accuracy in performing tasks
- Independence and flexibility
- Ability to control multiple processes at the same time (multitasking)
- Preferably experience in foreign trade companies
- Willingness to work overtime if the job requires
- Driving licence is a must
