SOS Children’s Villages Albania, one of the biggest international civil organisations in the country operating in social and child welfare field is looking for a National Coordinator (Executive Director)
Job description:
- Overall management of the organisation
- To maintain relationship with the Board and the international parent organisation
- To supervise the programmes (school, nursery school) and family strengthening projects
- To work out and realise possible future development of the programmes
Job requirements:
- University degree in management , social sciences, education
- At least 4 years management experience of an organization or project with medium/large staffing and budget
- Fluent written and spoken English
- International experience
- Skills in managing people, projects, budgets
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Structured approach and strategic thinking
- Commitment to the mission of SOS
Preferable
- Higher degree (Phd or MBA) or additional degree
- Experience in managing an NGO
- Experience in the social sector
- Skills in representing an organization on external bodies
