ABCom shpk (ltd) is one of the first Internet Service Providers in Albania. It has more than 10 years activity in this field and is playing an important role on provisioning telecommunication services to business and consumer customers. In view of expanding its presence in Albania, the company is looking for experienced and committed professionals for the following positions:

Branch Coordinator:
The jobholder will report to CEO and is responsible for:
  • Ensuring general adherence to company policies and procedures;
  • Implementing and monitoring branch objectives and targets;
  • Monitoring branch performance and ensuring accurate reporting of figures and business activity;
  • Manage and secure the branch assets
  • Manage the process of local purchases for the branch
  • Recruitment and supervision of local staff; monitoring and reviewing staff performance and achievement on a regular basis
  • Develop costumer relations and identify customer needs / satisfaction; negotiate quality business deals
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business development
  • Initiation of promotional activities locally and
  • Any other duties as required
The candidates should fulfill the following criteria:
  • University Degree in Business Administration, other Degree in Computer Science is considered advantage.
  • Proven team management skills, effective communication
  • Practical relevant experience
