[/FONT] [FONT=&quot]Position Requirements [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Reporting to the Head of the Firm, the right incumbent participates in the Management Committee of the company contributing to the decision making process and providing the necessary back up technical support. He is responsible for the following among other things :[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]1.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Implementation of the firm’s Quality System that supports compliance with ISO/HACCP requirements.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Supervising all employees in the subordinate dpts of Laboratory, Milling, Mixing, Packing & Loading, Maintenance and Warehousing.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]3.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]The condition of the plant’s machinery & equipment, their calibration, maintenance and operational availability.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]4.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Specifications for raw and secondary materials, production recipes and regulations.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]5.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Reception, storage and handling of wheat.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]6.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Setting up the daily schedule for the mill and the mixer as company needs dictate in cooperation with the sales manager.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]7.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Performs routine administrative tasks and handles ad hoc requested projects/responsibilities based on company needs.

• [FONT=&quot]Professional integrity and attention to detail.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in food manufacturing as Plant Manager or Production Manager.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Experience in modern methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Fluent in spoken & written English.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Knowledge of Greek and Italian will be appreciated.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]MS Office expert user. [/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Excellent organizing & very good communication skills.[/FONT]
