Mellon Albania, Member of Mellon Group of Companies, for their premises in Tirana, seeks to hire:

§ Fully responsible for the Call Center operations;
§ Set the objectives of the Call Centre (qualitative-quantitative);
§ Sets the targets and assigns tasks among teams;
§ Responsible for achieving all quantitative, qualitative, financial and other objectives;
§ Determines the techniques, support, equipment required for achieving the targets of the Call Center;
§ Functions as the main advisor both to the Company and the Customer.

§ University degree in Economy, Engineering, Management or similar (Master degree in the relevant field will be considered as a asset);
§ Excellent PC skills (MS Office, especially MS Excel);
§ Good interpersonal & communication skills;
§ Good analytical skills;
§ Dedicated, loyal and result-oriented;
§ Ability to prioritize tasks;
§ Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal and written);
§ At least 3 years of relevant professional experience;
§ Proven experience in people management.
