Job Position: Internal Auditor
Unit/Department: Internal Audit Section
Type of recruitment: External
The NBG Internal Audit Section is interested in recruiting an Internal Auditor, who will become part of the local audit team and, at the same time, of the NBG Group Internal Audit Division. A challenging career opportunity in a multinational Bank offering, among other, continuous professional education in Albania and abroad.
A successful candidate should at least meet the following requirements
General:
· Age: Up to 35 years of age.
· Education: Economics/Finance related University Degree, Master or BSc.
· Foreign Language: Very good command of written and spoken English.
· Prior Working Experience: At least three years of relevant experience in internal audit, or in financial control.
· Specialized Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the local banking legislation, the Institute of Internal Auditors Best Practices and Internal Audit Standards. Awareness of IT and/ or IFRS key concepts is desirable.
· Additional traits: Very good computer skills, ability to plan and organize everyday job effectively, flexibility, strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and employees, ability to serve in an independent manner while providing value - adding audit services to improve the operations and safeguard the bank assets. Ability for frequent traveling.
