In order to strengthen our capacities in information security, we are seeking to recruit an:

Information Security Officer



Purpose of work:
  • Coordinate the process of identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of information security issues in a Bank level.
  • Support the various sectors within the Bank in analyzing and improving the quality of internal procedures and controls, related to Information Security.
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development of PCB information security policy, standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of an education training program on information security and privacy matters for employees and other authorized users.
  • Manage information security projects in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Familiarize with, and apply International Information Security Standards Guidelines (e.g. BS, ISO, PCI DSS).
  • Audit networks and systems on a periodic basis to ensure compliance with Bank’s policies.
  • Develops and implements an Incident Reporting and Response System to address PCB security incidents, responds to alleged policy violations, or complaints from external parties.
  • Develops and implements an ongoing risk assessment program targeting information security; recommend methods for vulnerability detection and remediation, and oversee vulnerability testing.
The successful candidate fulfills the following requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Engineering,
  • At least three years of work experience in banking, finance or related fields;
  • Proven ability to systematically and logically analyze information;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work in a team;
  • Good command of English language (spoken and written);
  • Good command of MS Office;
  • Willingness to travel within Albania and abroad.
