ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design proposals and reports, their budget - complex or non-standard
  • To know how to listen to the client, understand his problem and need
  • To manage the client relation on all the operational levels
  • To formulate operational recommendations and to be able to “sell” them
  • To develop products or renovate the existing products
  • To be able to manage a team in order to be able to deliver accurate information
  • To be able to manage pressure and conflicts within his team
EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – SKILLS:

  • Graduated in Economy (Management or Business Administration); supplemented with one or more courses in post-graduate studies.
  • Minimum 3 years in the private sector preferably in marketing, public relations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Windows package especially: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience in balancing strong analytical problem resolution skills with a keen creative sense.
  • Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Orientation and training of new staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Supervising, coaching, and mentoring of lower hierarchy positions.
  • Facilitation and change management skills.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communications.
