Cloud Services Specialist
Duties
- Partner with solutions sales specialist within a designated territory and act as the technical point of contact for customer opportunities.
- Ensure revenue quota, deployment, and service objectives are met while maintaining a high level of prospect and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement cloud sales strategies to help ensure Company's objectives are met.
- Present Company solutions and technical proposals to prospects and customers
- Direct the gathering of architecture, design, and presentation of solutions to meet the customer's needs through workshops and other activities
- Research and write the responses to technical sections of requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposal (RFPs)
- Support pre-sales workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concepts, evaluations, and benchmarks
- Work hands-on with Company cloud solutions

- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
- Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with manager and teammates during periods of high stress and tight deadlines;
- Ability to multitask and work effectively, both independently and in teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments and meeting established quality standards;
- Strong commitment to quality standards, dynamic learning, and continuous performance improvement;
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of IT experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading technical delivery on complex implementations
- Must have previous experience in Cloud Architecture/Network Engineering
- Bachelor of Science or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar
